You got me thinking! Just to get it out of the way, I don't try to dismiss doubt and I do agree it's an essential part of life.
I do think though that it can be managed differently.
What I'm trying to say is that we usually get caught by endless thinking loops that don't get us anywhere and maintain us stuck in doubt.
I'm suggesting that this process can be observed and that a path emerges from that new vantage point.
But now I see that there is a "confrontation" element that is missing from my picture above: how you set the intention of resolving the doubt, of holding perspectives, of moving on.
I see those two elements as a recipe for the trigger point that you mention. And that point doesn't necessarily present itself as a crossroads, but unfolds over time.
Doubt cannot be dismissed so easily, in my view!
